Traditional Teochew Rice Porridge

Our dinner tonight was Teochew rice porridge (congee).  The condiments that we ordered to eat with the plain porridge were: salted duck eggs, stir fried pork belly with preserved vegetables, pickled radishes, braised tau pok (beancurd) and I forgot what else.
